In 2005, while rages the food crisis in Niger, Jean-Louis Saporito meets Hadiza and his daughter, very sick, and becomes attached to their course. Hadziza has already lost 8 children, only 3 survived. Thanks to her, the director make friends with all the village and shares their life, their story, their pains and their enjoyments in the poorest country of the world.
