A powerful media and open to all, documentary film now plays a central role in raising awareness and rallying public opinion. The Bangui FIFDH wishes to become a key event on the town's cultural calendar.

It aims to rally each year as many people as posible to bear witness to the situation of human rights and liberties in the world, warn of the dangers to look out for, open the debate, encourage resistance and promote solidarity.
